I’ve been a customer for years and I absolutely love this service.

The only thing that annoys me is that my husband died years ago, and I asked you to take his name off the account. All the bills come to me, but all of this stuff comes to him. I have asked l numerous times to have this corrected and for a while it was and then it started again with the wrong name. He died eight years ago.

Difficulty completing cart checkout on line. Called, gave payment method was told processed. A delivery of one case champagne received on 4/26 which was never anything in my cart or discussed. Logged back in and cart still has all original desired items sitting in it??!! When I tried to finalize cart, I didn’t because my promo code was now invalid as rep had used for something I didn’t even want! Now your mistake becomes a big headache for me!
