Absolute heros and the BDM simon is just brilliant!!

Good system, quick turnaround once docs/info needed supplied.

Application was processed quite quickly with valuation etc slowing the case up but overall it was acceptable

The system was mainly good though at times uncelar where to go. Generally it was a good experience, in particular Krista in Underwriting. However, 2 times I used the online support and although Rhonda was very helpful, the first time it took far too long to get the info and the second time I did not get a reply until the next day - which to be fair is the system and not the staff. For contacting BDM I also had mixed feedback. I could not contact my own BDM si used an alternative who I got hold of first of all, but second time of asking, did not make contact. So overall a fair score. I believe MPowered want to be one of the top lenders and if this it to be the case, I think you'd do well to address these points. Product wise, I was happy this is where it needs to be.

Really quick and efficient service. Had the underwriter contact me directly and also contacted with regular updates. The system is very easy to use as well.

When I first heard about MPowered, they told me that it was all automated and the offer would be instant.
It wasn't.
It was hard work!
Appreciate it's a work in progress, but until it works as described, I'll wait a while until I try again.

Underwriting is pretty slow and documents don't look particularly professional.
