A glitch in the website (the link didn't work to specify which finish for the snap) meant I received the wrong product.
So I called directly on Friday morning to reorder and get the correct hardware.
Then Strapworks sat on the order for 21/2 business days (4 1/2 including the weekend) before shipping out the order.
So no effort to fix a known glitch on the website.
No sense of urgency to make right on the issue and get the re-order shipped promptly.
