I spoke to Ben last week about an AEG I was interested in. He spent 30 minutes on the phone to me going through all the details and done me a really generous deal on a G&G combat machine. He was incredibly knowledgable and was only too happy to answer my questions. This is the customer service us airsofters should be after. We need to look after Ben and Falcon 9 airsoft - undoubtedly, they will look after us. Couldn’t be happier!
