"Disappointing experience"

I bought an 8 Gang Dimmer and after a short while one of the dimmers went. I called and a new one was sent which was fitted.
Then another one went and I called and another one
was sent but it was completely wrong. Called again and was told it was correct and there the reason the dimmers are going is due to the circuits.
None of the others have gone and the new dimmers I bought myself are still working.
Expensive mistake.
