The choice of boots and shoes is very good. I compared the prices to other sites and found they were the cheapest and good quality. When they arrived which was very quick they were perfect. I would strongly recomend Mr Shoes to everyone.

My first attempt at buying some winter shoes was November 2012 and my order did not fit so I went into me nearest mr shoes store and asked them to order me a size bigger and was told it would be in after the weekend so I rang up on the Monday after first neig there on the Thursday and was told they hadn't arived and would be atleast a few more days so I rang at the end of that week and was then told I had to wait another week as they hadn't been ordered . I was getting very frustrated at this time and I was passing by the shop that weekend so I decided to go in in person to collect me shoes and they still had not arived so I have them my shoes that were to small and demanded a re fund and I'll go else where then to be told I wouldn't get my money back for another whole week ! As I paid by card . This year I tried again thinking ill give them one more chance I go I to the store and they don't hae my size yet again and I'm advised to order them as iv tried the six so I know I have to be a size 7 I paid for a quick delivery so two working days and they didn't turn up I had to ring to find out where they were and I was told the delivery driver didn't have my contact info and could not find my address ... And try her them to turn back around and get them to me that day like I had paid for and they then tell the lady on the phone I had called them up and given them my number after the failed delivery witch ! I did. Nothing of the sort ! And the lady on the customer help line also said that it seemed like a lie and it was if had no contact with the driver I received my shoes a day late and to top it off iv got to send them back as they are broken ! I will not be using mr shoes ever again.

I can buy cheap shoes that are very much 'now' for fashion. The delivery is quick and they have a great range. They often have stuff on there that you can find much more expensive on other retailers even though they are obviously the exact same shoe
