Purchase a pair of gents sandals and very pleased with them , however cant say I was pleased with the service. The two young ladies in the shop were either having a bad day or its a lack of training, no smiles and no thank you.

Bought a pair of Catesby shoes from Mr Shoes £59.99 and then £5 instore discount. Staff could not tell me where they were made so looked on web. Whoops - there were the same shoes online with rrp of £44.99 and online price of £34.99. £20 difference!
I then came up against Mr Shoes "excellent customer service" as shown on the banner on the website - no refund, just credit note, and no price matching. The best they could offer was £10 off another pair of shoes.
Needless to say I won't be back there again to claim £10 off another pair of overpriced shoes.

"Mr Shoes Norwich Beware Their Strict NO Refund Policy"
Unfortunately chose Mr Shoes Norwich to purchase a pair of Dr Martins for my son as an xmas present. Got home to be informed by the wife that the style was incorrect. Went back the very next day for the correct style to be advised that this was not stocked. No problem, just refund you would think!! Let Me try another store. Only to be advised of the company's strict no refund policy. To be fair this is printed behind the counter and is obvious when the curt assistant was pointing at it. I only wish she could have been as demonstrative yesterday before I handed over my hard earned money. I now have an unwanted pair of boots. On the plus side I was forced to look on Amazon to obtain the correct style. Let me advise you that all Dr Martins are sold a hell of a lot cheaper on line than in Mr Shoes. You also have a no quibble return policy. Keep it local and on the high street so goes the saying. Maybe these local shops should learn something from corporations like Amazon. When the customer is held at the heart of a retail business and should always get what they want. If you don't want to hold your customer dear then just bloody close your doors and stop wasting their time.

WHEN I TELEPHONED MR SHOES TO CANCELL AN ORDER AFTER REALISING THAT THE BOOTS I HAD ORDERD WERE NOT LEATHER,I WAS REALLY SUPRISED WHEN THE PHONE WAS ANSWERD AFTER 2 RINGS BY A VERY HELPFULL LADY WHO WITHOUT DEMANDING WHY JUST TOLD ME THAT THERE WOULD BE NO PROBLEM TO CANCELL.IT WAS AN INSTANT RELIEF AS I WAS REALLY WORRIED I WOULNOT BE ABLE TO CANCELL OR HAVE TO CHANGE FOR SOMETHING ELSE.
BRILLIANT WELL DONE,WISH IT WAS ALWAYS THIS EASY.
