Commande passée le 30 décembre soit disant livraison en 48h mais rien reçu par contre bien encaissé auprès de ma banque
C est inadmissible
Encore jusqu'à la fin de la semaine après ça sera un dépôt de plainte

Comme beaucoup de personne ici, commande le 23 décembre et toujours aucunes nouvelles !! Aucune réponse a mes mail, je laisse encore 48h et si pas de nouvelles je vais faire appel a ma banque pour récupérer ma somme et attaquer ce site frauduleux ! ! N'hésitez pas cher consommateur déçus si vous voulez faire un groupe afin de contre attaquer a ce genre d'arnaque... Je ne compte pas en rester là !

Was unsure of the best size to order for my wife, telephoned the orders team and they were helpful on giving advice and allowed me to purchase the shoes over the phone. Great service and lovely range of shoes

Mon fils a commandé le 24 décembre, sur leur site ils disent àm2 à 3 jours piur la livraison. A ce jour rien reçu, je trouve ça honteux de pigeonner des gens comme ça. Mon fils a mis ses petites économies et c est fait avoir. Ça me révolte.

J'ai passé commande chez eux le 21 décembre 2023 je n'ai toujours rien reçu pourtant ils disent bien livraison rapide sous 24h mais nous toujours rien .
On se demande du coup si se n'est pas une arnaque, car j'envoie des mails pour savoir où s'en est et aucune réponse de leur part... bizarre non!
La semaine prochaine j'appellerai ma banque car bien évidemment mon compte a déjà été débité.

Bought boots online for my wife unfortunately stitching started to come undone, contacted mr shoes, they promptly issued me with a return label and replaced the boots. Excellent customer service and friendly.

Bought sandals from Norwich Mr Shoes which were quite expensive. Rieker. Gave me blisters as very hard on top of my toes.
Explained to Manager. No concern and no help. Wasted money.
Will not return to the shop

"Thetford branch"

Went to Thetford branch today. Never been before. Was looking for some new boots. Pleased with the choices and bought a pair. However only four stars because the two members of staff were so in your face, asking if can help every few minutes. Noticed they were doing it with everybody. I know only being helpful but was getting a bit much after about the sixth time! I was desperate for boots so put up with it but think they could do with backing off a bit.. and not staring all time watching my every move! Bit uncomfortable. Would go back in hope their approach to customer service would be reviewed.
