Easy booking on web site and friendly service, but me and my wife are still in pain an hour after taking the rapid test.
I took many covid tests administrated from professionals, but it never hurt that bad.
For the rapid test, you are suposed to just swipe inside the nostril, and not shove it all the way up. I had a test done where the shove it up, but that was a thinner swab.
Please review your training instructions.

Ich habe mich online angemeldet, am Empfang wurde mir das Testkit mit Aufkleber übergeben. Alles gut. Aber niemand hat meine Identität geprüft. :-). Wäre mein Selbsttest morgens positiv ausgefallen.... hätte ich einfach meinen Bruder schicken können LOL

"Cancellation fee a joke!"

The fact that if one wants to cancel a booking 4 days before departure due to law changes and is charged CHF 19 as a cancellation fee, when Viselio has not lifted a finger is a joke. Plus the high cost of an antigen test is also ridiculous. In every other country, if one requires to cancel a test due to law changes,one recieves the full refund as no service was exchanged.
