"Scam and Fraud"

Hi,
I'm there new SHIKAAR, I've paid thousands rupees on 29.03.2023 for 4 suits, till today I haven't received anything. They do not pick up the phone call, they don't reply on WhatsApp and messenger.
They are 💯 scam and fraud...please do not buy from them. I'm helpless to get my money back as I live in UK and I can't approach them. Please tell others and leave review on their Facebook and Instagram page. They will continue let people cry.

"Worst experience ever"

I paid on 11/04/2023 and delivery supposed to come before 20/04/2023 but they didn't deliver it on time and when I spoke to them, they said we'll compensate for the late delivery but they didn't do anything. Worst ever online experience.

Trash company, not worthy of any fame, awful customer support, incompetent people working at the place who are not even willing to try to complete your request

Donot buy from here if another option exists

Worse customer service ever .I paid for the delivery but after that they want Mr to come & pick it up from their given location.it doesn’t make any sense that they want me to come & pick it up when I paid for delivery.

Hi …I’m telling about my recent perchase.I have ordered 7 suits and paid 45 000 but I’m really really disappointed .The quality of material is zero .What’s the point of name of this big brand if you’re wasting our time and money as well.I’m not happy with that.I have ordered 1st time from Asim Jofa but I’m really disappointed. First they were not sending my parcel after sending 100
Of messages they sent and when it came it was so bad .waste of money and time as well.not recommended

"Worst place to shop at"

First order of unstitched articles was delivered after 1 month, then in one article there are missing embroidered panels (3). The company is refusing to send a replacement article or replacement panels. They are also refusing my refund.

great customer service in my experience recently ordered twice and got delivered within a week and next order within 3 days in such peak time ( a week before eid).. I am surprised to see all the bad reviews here.. they replied to my email and solved my query.. loved the dresses as well. So far my experience has been great

"Do not order!! They are Liars!!"

Pretty much the same experience as everyone else. On their website they said that I would get my outfit in 5-7 business days. It has been over two weeks and I have not received. When I message them they say “it will be dispatched soon” , most of the time they don’t respond at all. I have posted messages on their instagram so people are aware that they are liars but they delete. DO NOT order from their website.

I had ordered a dress and they had sent me same dress twice and when I returned it to them.they didn’t refund my amount it was 12550/-.I had sent so many emails and msg but no one is taking action on it.really disappointed with their pathetic service.I just want to say they are big fraud.
