"Very poor customer services"

Very poor customer services, never reply an email, phone calls or whatsapp messages. Very Annoying and disappointed. Charging so much money for delivery but even then I need to pay extra to get my parcel which is very late from estimated time. Bought first time from Asim jofa online but disappointed.

"Never order through this seller"

After many follow ups order still not received.It’s been 2 months my order number 181291 placed in Jan expected delivery in March 1 st .Now April 9th no update yet

Worst service ever, they are scam and liers, never ever trust them, they ruined our nikah ceremony and did not dispatch the dress even after 1 mnth of order

Last month my wife purchased a lady’s suit from ‘Asim Jofa’ a so called brand but received a different stuff and that too substandard. She tried to contact the brand but to no avail. At last she succeeded after hectic efforts spanning over several days. Somebody from the brand received call, promised to return the amount, registered a complaint No. AJ24432 and told that a rider would pick the parcel. Many days passed with no response from the gentlemen running the online business. She told me the story. I also tried to contact through cell phone, WhatsApp and email but failed. Then I used messenger . This time they responded , even apologised but didn’t do the needful.
I have requested my friends in general and legal fraternity in particular to suggest a suitable recourse so that ordinary citizens could also know about their rights…

Asimjofa customer service such a shiiiiteee one I place three different orders and I even paid the amount in advance around 55k pakistani rupees and now I am trying to find out what is happening for my order coz eid is near by no one bother to reply at all he is big designer in Karachi and he is providing Shiiiteee l customer service to his customers .

"Absolutely worst customer service…"

Absolutely worst customer service ever!! They do not respond to any query whatsoever. It shows lack of professionalism on their part. There is no size chart available for there ready to wear clothes on their website. Upon further review, I found two different size charts, which were highly confusing. I have been messaging them on WhatsApp for past one week and although they are reading my messages, they don’t bother to reply. Emailing them also proved useless. The only response I got seemed like they were mocking me and still no reply to my question. If they want to improve as a company, they need to work on their customer service skills.

"Asim Jofa fraud"

Hi, we placed an order with clothing line aka Asim Jofa, for 4 clothes on March 9th 2023 but still have not received it. It costs us 42K Pak Rupees which is equivalent to $151 USD.
It’s been many days but there is no status, just an automated message that we have received order & will dispatch soon. I have inquired from local source & found out Asim Jofa has been doing this pre-selling orders without any material on hand for delivery, which is a fraudulent activity.
I am totally pissed & want to cancel the order & have sent them message but they are ignoring it.
I have sent communication to Bank Alfalah & also sent to my credit card about the status & would like to stop payment.
Asim Jofa is a fraudulent clothing line & scamming customers with pre-selling customers without anything in hand, such a unethical & totally fraud.
