"Questionable Genuine Baklava "

I ordered 1kg of pistachio Karaköy Gulluoglu baklava from Grand Turkish Bazaar, they delivered it in two working days to my home address as promised. It was spot on so far.. however when I tasted the baklava it was no where near the taste of Karaköy Gulluoglu, it was really questionable taste and quality of the genuine Karaköy Gulluoglu that I am personally familiar with during my 26 years time in Istanbul. I e-mailed the Karaköy Gulluoglu themselves to get confirmation if Grand Turkish Bazaar company was their official authorised re-seller selling genuine baklava, it has been 3 days I haven’t heard from them. However my overall experience shopping with the company has been a disappointment.

My experience is generally great, except that I can't ever get my order ship early in the week to get it to me on Friday or Saturday. I can place order on Thursday or Friday and it will still ship late in the next week. Otherwise food is great, fresh and reliably delivered.
