So bad I have had to leave yet another review....

So after my previous review with Sigma blaming everyone but themselves the bike remains uncollected since their courier turned up with the wrong size van and then failed to return back to the property as promised that day.

And the icing on the cake... Sigma have now confirmed after more than a week of trying to sort this out, that they don't have a replacement bike in stock... but I can wait for new stock to arrive if I want... are you SERIOUS???

So after 10 days with me specifically confirming to Sigma that I needed a bike to train on for an event this summer I am left with an offer of a refund, no bike, no offer of any compensation for such a poor service and a lot of wasted time and effort.

It is easy to give 5 star reviews but a company should be judged on how they act when things go wrong... in this case even 1 star is too much!

I wouldn't use Sigma to purchase a new water bottle after this experience.

Excellent service and communications from Tom -resolved an issue quickly and super-professionally. And then the product arrived 2 days EARLIER than advised (by DPD) -that never happens!

Great communications, despite delivery delays, I was always kept informed of the status.
On delivery, Graeme provided several options for set-up time.
Set-up of bike and familiarisation was extensive and comprehensive.
