I am very happy with the service I received from the beginning and continously...all the staff are very friendly and easy to talk to.

"No suitable post-op care"

The pre-op conversations were average and seemed to revolve around making sure that I was going to pay for the surgery, not around the care in general. Post-op I received unscheduled calls (which weren't rescheduled when I told the caller that I wasn't available) and I was informed that an appointment with a nutritionist was something that I had to arrange myself despite it being listed as part of the package that I had paid for. I am relying on social media and online literature to carry on my own post-op care and to bumble through the nutritional side of things.

It will soon be my two year anniversary from having a gastric sleeve organised with healthier weight the staff etc have been great always been on the other end of the phone when I needed them, they also checked up and called many times to see how I was getting and thats the whole two years not just the first month . So far in my journey the experience has been excellent. The standard of customer service is 100% and any issues/queries/concerns have been dealt with very efficiently and both myself and my daughter have been put at ease. I would certainly recommend Healthier Weight.
