I have been using Indigo Car Hire as my go to car rental supplier for a few years now. I travel aboard for work about three times a year and booking through them has been seemless every time. I have never had a problem and the customer service is excellent. They will continue to be my go to car hire company for the forseeable future!

I was looking by myself for a few days to rent a car in Amsterdam. I don’t have a credit card so it’s not easy to find where I can do it with my debit card. Especially when non of the rental companies picked up the phone when I called them…

You could however improve your confirmatory email by showing a break down of the price - not just the final total.

I have used indigo many times, usually by phone as I prefer to book by debit card, and have to sort extras like child seats etc.
On this occasion Sam was the agent and helped me with a tricky situation with late flight times.
They always give good advice, quickly and efficiently, explaining any options available.
Thoroughly recommend.
