I come from a service industry but the service I received today was truly outstanding. The operator understood my issues and provided me with several practical suggestions. The rate for the car I needed was exceptional and the fact that the operator offered to call me here in Australia to talk me through the full details, just blew me away. Can't recommend this company enough - I'm a first time user but it won't be my last 😊
