I normally do my own research/cost comparisons and book online via a comparison site...but this time I had a couple of unusual requirements and chanced upon Indigo Car Hire.
Sam was extremely helpful and patient looking for alternatives (both online and on the phone) and came up with a very good deal for our trip to Barcelona (automatic car with added travel outside Spain and an additional driver) and also researched van hire for us (which was another option we considered).
Our hire was arranged with Sixt who were very professional for pick up and return (and we even got a free upgrade).
Sam also offered that if there were any problems at the car hire desk to call their office and they would assist...which was nice to know (but not necessary on this occasion).
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Indigo based on my experience (and I am about to contact them again to ask for a quote for my next trip).
