Jake and Matt were awesome! When I first received my license, none of the other car rentals would allow me to rent as I had held my license for under a year at the time. Indigo understood this was a silly requirement by the other car rentals, and allowed me to rent. I was also greatly impressed by the speedy replies, thoughtful advice on rental options and friendliness of Jake and Matt (Reservation Agents). Now, I've held my license for over a year - and even though I'm eligible to rent with other car rentals - I choose to book with Indigo every time! Keep it up guys!

This review is for booking my car hire, which was great. No problem to enable both myself and daughter to drive. I hope it will be the same good experience when I pick the car up in Pisa! Very pleasant and helpful staff.

"Refused car hire a car in the Uk at the age of 75"

I was looking to hire a car in the UK for 2 weeks in May, but when I contacted my local car hire company, who I have used previously, they said that as I would be 75 years old in April they would unfortunately not be able to hire a car to me because of their insurance company restrictions.
I was disappointed and upset to be declined because of my age which I never realised would be a problem.
I then contacted Indigo on line and within 30 minutes a lovely guy called SAM called me and with his help arranged for a car for me with a firm that did not discriminate against age.
The company was located about 30 minutes drive from my preferred location but it was a good deal so I agreed.
Then, just after I had agreed the local car hire firm called me to apologise and said they had made a mistake and could hire a car to me up to the age of 76. Because it is local I decided to take their offer and cancel the one from Indigo.
This is no reflection on Indigo, or Sam who was brilliant in helping me and I will definitely be using Indigo next year when I am 76 and for hopefully many more year thereafter.
Sorry Sam that I cancelled but I really appreciate the efforts you made to help me and will be in touch next time.

They arranged a rental for me on 28/3/25 to 31/3/25 through enterprise, as I didn't have a credit card it was proving difficult to get one with a debit card, I was very happy with the way everything worked out and would have no hesitation using them again in future, their staff went above and beyond to make sure everything worked out for the best, many thanks to all of you
