The transaction was easy, after that the sale went flat. No notice the goods were shipped, the only updatee I got was a failed delivery. Your delivery partner didnt help either. After the failed delivery no more contact. I called the delivery partery 7 working days after the failed delivery to be told they would make a ticket to investigate. Again no further contact from DJ store or from TNT until my parcel was delivered 2 weeks after the failed delivery. Im sticking with amazon for all my future DJ purchased. Purchasing through the website wad easy but my order got split (without notification) and my battery took an extra 10 days to arrive. Also, please don't use Australia Post. They are terrible. There are much better options gor postage.
