Purchased a DJI Mini 3 Pro Ultimate Combo Plus package, during the Easter online sales. Made some phone enquiries to the D1 Store to clarify some of the items included in the package and operator was very helpful and knowledgeable. Price of the product was very competitive and ordering online was quick and easy.

I went to the Carindale store. Don't know why your site is saying I'm in the US. No VPN.

I spent more than $2000.
The service I received would've been pretty average service for a $200 tech purchase, let alone such an expensive purchase that needed almost no work from them. I had already researched everything I needed and only went into the store because the website is horrible and convoluted.

Plus I was sold two items (prop guards and landing feet) that were incompatible with each other. No attempt was made to draw that to my attention. When I raised it afterwards it was essentially shrugged off. No refund offer. I have ordered third-party landing feet that are compatible with the prop guards and now have unnecessary items.

In addition, the care package purchased at the same time was not correctly bound by staff to the device and I was essentially flying without cover! That could've cost me a lot of money.

On the plus side, they were happy to swap out a couple of package items I didn't need and substitute other items I did want.
