I used Commercial Trust to swap my mortgage to a buy to let mortgage initially dealt with Ryan, who was excellent my account handler was Alfie Piper who was absolutely excellent, kept me well informed and pushed along everything brilliantly. We definitely recommend these guys and will be using them again in the future.

Totally misled and harassed. I contacted them back in October last year but they couldn’t find me a suitable product. I contacted them again last week and they found a good offer in principle BUT BEWARE….!! I was then hounded by phone calls until I spoke to them. I specifically asked the broker what are MY total costs I would outlay and they only mentioned the lenders costs and not theirs ! Ouch ! Their fees another £2500 on top of the lenders, very misleading. PLUS the proposed lender carried out a HARD credit search on us without our authority, I questioned this and was told I agreed to this in the earlier enquiry 5 months ago !!
