"Beware hidden costs and over charging"

The company did not provide a rental agreement at the time of rental. They have a very low and strict policy on kms, yet DO NOT get you to initial or point out kms so you can check. When returning the car, they charged us a huge amount for excess kms … more than 2 extra days hire. Hard to believe we could have taken the car for a further 2 days and avoided the cost entirely. Beware of the “hidden” costs of cheap rentals and ask for a copy of the report BEFORE you take the car!

I hired a car from this outfit on 14th December while visiting family in Perth. I returned the car in satisfactory order on 27th December. It is now 23rd January and I have still not received my deposit. I have, however, received many excuses over the phone and by email. This company should not be allowed to operate. The 500 Australian dollars is mine, not theirs and I want it back. Perhaps they think I'll give up and go away; well I won't. I have phoned three times from England, I have emailed but all I get are excuses and assurances it will be chased up. I am now having to start court proceedings. Do not hire your car from this bunch of cowboys, unless you want to kiss goodbye to your deposit.
