Overall fine experience, but less experienced candidates might have a harder time landing roles. There were too many points of contact involved in the process (I think I spoke with four separate people during the interview process for one role) and communication wasn’t always timely. I’ve worked with other firms that called ahead of every scheduled interview to make sure I was ready, gave me more intel on the company itself, and really prepped me to show my best self in the interview. Maybe FSG decided I didn’t need that guidance based on my resume, but I think they were just disjointed. Everyone I spoke with was professional and doing their best, I think I just caught them during summer vacations.
