En generar, balanceando entre positivas y negativas nuestra experiencia como clientes de IPXON es satisfactoria. Los problemas siempre van a existir, lo fundamental es el tiempo de respuesta y la predisposición para resolverlos, así como también la transparencia de la información que se le brinda al cliente en cuanto a cada incidencia, e IPXON siempre estuvo a la altura.
Cómo toda empresa en crecimiento hay procesos que se deben ordenar, sin burocratizar, nosotros estamos en un escenario similar, para llevar adelante las tareas de manera secuencial reduciendo los márgenes de error, armando check list previamente de los procesos programados e ir paso a paso.
