Bought a Leupold DeltaPoint Pro in July 2020 from Optics Trade which has unfortunately stopped working due to a known issue.
Contacted Optics Trade Eu and found Ms Klavdija Štriker very helpful and since Leopold don't make that particular model anymore, i was offered either one of the same value or a refund since Leopold products have a lifetime guarantee. The binoculars I ordered were not in stock as correctly displayed on the website. The team quickly sent me an email to inform me about the expected delivery time. As this was more than the normally expected 4 weeks, because the producer also did not have them in stock anymore, they gave me several options how to proceed.

In the end I cancelled the order, because I wanted these specific binoculars as a Christmas present. But excellent friendly, service! And no fault of theirs, that the producer also didn't have any stock. Good online shop!

Ordered 4” picatinny rail but owing to supply problems due to Covid pandemic, experienced delays. Supplier advised me of this and upgraded transport provider to expedite delivery time when rail arrived for dispatch.
