"Always happy with products and prices"

As a person ordering from overseas I was a bit skeptical at first, but Optics Trade put those questions to rest. They answered all my emails in a quick turn around. Products that needed to be ordered said 2-4 weeks were actually on time and arrived to the US in that time. Shipping was fast for the other products they had in stock. Prices are very competitive and in most cases better. I can't say enough good things when buying from OT.

It has been a month since I placed my order and the item has not been shipped out as of yet. At the time of placing my order, your website stated the item was in stock and will ship “in 1-3 days”. Since then it has been updated and now says “ships in 2-4 weeks”.

If it wasn’t for Nino who has patiently answered all my questions before placing the order, I would have already cancelled the order and looked for another option. But given the customer service experience, here I am patiently waiting.

"Top Quality "

The Vector Optic red dot is of top quality. Surfaces and workmanship are perfect as shown in the product pics. Even after 40 shots 30.06 the Vector still is dead on target. Love it. Fair price for very good product.

"Poor customer service"

very poor customer service. I needed to return a product and I returned it and sent a form for replacement more then a week ago and I still haven't got an email back, I also bought something like a month ago and still haven't gotten a confirmation email even tho I told them on email and they said I will get it.
Edit: now they have sent me a full refund on the first matter and still not a confirmation email about a second order I mentioned.

For one more time,words cannot describe the service quality these people offer and how they are trying to assist you by solving the best possible way your "problem"!
Having trouble with one of my scopes since day one that I purchased the unit and testing it on the field, Optic trade team have been along all the way and trying to fix it for the second time!
This is issue has NOTHING to do with OT, its only with the particular unit from the particular ventor/brand!
