"I didn't authorize a second shipment"
I didn't authorize a second shipment. Their refund policy is you have to cancel more than 48 hours before it ships. They didn't notify me they'd be billing me or sending me the shipment until about 30 hours before it was due to arrive.
Customer support is non existent. They won't respond to anything. There's no phone number listed.
I never authorized this shipment. There's no way to cancel it. When I signed up I agreed to one shipment. Now it's locked me into a subscription that has no way to cancel without contacting customer support, which will not respond and has no phone number.
Their entire business model is built around trapping you and making it impossible to cancel.

"This company is an absolute fraud "
This company is an absolute fraud
The product doesn't work at all. Although I choose a one but now they are saying that I subscribed bollocks!. I tried the one email I could find in their deceptive web sites and my cancellation request could not be delivered by Google. My account on their website could not be found. Finally I found the Rx order number and a new email. I was told they don't issue refunds. They sent me the product again and charge my credit card again for a larger amount.

"Terrible company!"
Terrible company!! I cancelled my subscription TWO TIMES before they stopped charging me and shipping product. I demanded a refund and even showed them when I cancelled and they refused!!

"Cheap Generic Drug"
They use a cheaper generic drug. They automatically enroll you in renewals. They make it impossible to cancel the automatic enrollment.

"Unhappy with Product & Customer Service"
TLDR: Medications quality is questionable & expensive; Poor customer service has lead to unwanted purchase.
I suffer from hair loss and have been on preventative medication for several years. Prior to using Strut I had a prescription with another online pharmacy for finasteride. When I noticed that Strut was distributing dutasteride, marketed as a “stronger” and potentially “more effective” finasteride, I decided to switch to them as my provider. I used Struts oral Dutasteride formula for a little under two years.
Over this time, I began to notice that my hair was getting unhealthy (fragile & broken ends), wispy, and even thinner. Giving Strut the benefit of the doubt, I initially assumed it was an issue with me (I.e. hair loss simply become to aggressive for prevention). However, upon looking further into the issue I ended up discovering that the dutasteride formula used by Strut is questionable. I won’t get into the details since I’m not qualified nor knowledge on the subject, but the gist is that Struts chosen vehicle delivery is at best suboptimal and at worst demonstrably ineffective. (Details about this can be found on the hairlosstalk forum under a post titled “Testing Strut Health's Dutasteride Formula”. Apparently Strut acknowledged this oversight and stated that there formula is a “work in progress”. But that is all supposed, so take it with a grain of salt. Regardless, I have only received the “questionable” powdered formula.)
I’ve since gotten a new prescription for generic dutasteride. It’s only been a few months but my hair is noticeably healthier—my hair line and crown is no longer wispy, nor do I develop split ends at a rapid pace. But more importantly than that, this new prescription is significantly cheaper than dutasteride—for what I pay for a 3 month supply is less than what I would pay for a month with Strut.
All that said, the biggest complaint I have is that Strut is not cooperating with me to cancel my subscription. I do not receive responses from the customer service when I ask for a cancellation, and because of this I have to manually delay (and constantly recheck). Due to my own fault of not properly delaying, I had to purchase an automatic refill—these are non-refundable (and again, expensive!). I can’t stress enough that this is my fault for not delaying the refill but I shouldn’t have to worry about suspending an unwanted prescription—I should be able to cancel it.

"Misrepresented Services Offered"
I signed up for enclomiphene therapy with Strut. I completed the intake, and a doctor reviewed my medical information and approved me for treatment. Their website states they ship to all 50 states as of June 2024. Well, imagine my surprise when they emailed me to say they don't ship to my state. I am still waiting for my refund. This business is a complete scam. The doctor who reviewed my information was simply listed as "Dr. Patel" with no identifying information (healthcare providers are legally supposed to introduce themselves). They provided no comprehensive education about what was prescribed.

"PROBLEMS WITH CANCELLATION AND REFUND."
I would recommend to be very care for placing any order with this company. The company on its website mentions that orders can be cancelled anytime by a cancellation email to company's email id.
I wanted to cancel one of my subscriptions and sent them two back to back emails. The company kept on sending the product to me for three months. I have a lot of stuff going on and could not reach the company. After the third supply I contacted the company and inquired about why I was getting the refills. They company replied that they haven't gotten any email from me. I sent them the copy of my emails with their email id. They confirmed that the email id was correct but insisted that they haven't received the emails. I demand my money but they said that this was not their policy to return the money for products that had been dispatched.
I have complained to Business Bureau and the company agreed to refund for one refill.
The cost of the refills in not something I care for but I do care for the business ethics and the lack of ownership of their irresponsibility.
SO MY ADVISE IS "BE CAREFUL AND TRY SOME OTHE COMANY."

"Fraudulent Business Practices "
This company tried to change my prescription after 3 months of treatment and also tried to raise the price. Both are shown in the attached image. They tried to scam me with the higher price and different subscription. Basically it was a bait and switch. Now the time and money I spent using a product that won’t get to complete the treatment is lost. I expect a full refund of my money. I asked them to change my sub back and they chose to not do so. This matter needs to be checked by the Federal Trade Commission. It is clearly fraudulent.

"Placed an order on the 19th I was…"
Placed an order on the 19th I was supposed to receive a lab kit which their site says take 5 days at most to arrive. 10 days went by and I reached out to customer care and they stated they had no trace of my order despite me having an order number that they gave me and being charged by them and having all of my order details on the dashboard on their site. I went back and forth with customer care when one of the agents insulted me stating my card declined. I called my bank to verify this transaction and my bank verified that 80 bucks was deducted from my account by Strut Health. I chalked up my experience with them to a loss of 80 bucks as it's too frustrating dealing with their so called customer care team. I never received what I paid for and instead received insults from their customer agents. Buyer beware I ended sourcing what I needed elsewhere.

"Customer service trash "
Ordered a kit which arrived on time, something went wrong so they asked me to order a replacement kit. Ordered the kit and have been waiting for weeks and it has not arrived.
When you call them it just sends you to voicemail. When you message the physician it takes 10 days to get a response….
Customer service is abysmal….
