Family rafting trip on the Kelani River with tour guide Mendes who was fantastic- experienced and professional. Just right for the family with grade 2/3 rapids. Beautiful way of seeing this part of SL and refreshing swim in the river- highlight of our 2 week trip.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a series of adventure activities with Rapid Adventures, and I can confidently say it was an incredible experience! From start to finish, they provided a wide range of exciting activities that kept us on our toes and made for unforgettable memories. The staff were fantastic—professional, friendly, and really made us feel comfortable while ensuring safety was a top priority. Every activity was well-organized and offered just the right amount of challenge and fun. Whether it was outdoor thrills or adrenaline-pumping sports, Rapid Adventures delivered everything we could have hoped for. "Great rafting/canyoning, but lacking communication "

The tour itself was great, the guide was experienced and easy to understand. It was rated as a grade 2-3, which seemed correct.
Canyoning was also a great experience, we never tried this before, so quite a mentally challenging experience.
But they can improve their communication in general. For example: what can we bring (shoes, phone, clothing), duration of the rafting, and in general just be more informative about what is going to happen.
Lunch was simple but delicious.

We started our adventure with the zipline, which went across the river and was great fun. From there we got into our rafts. Our guide was knowledgeable and gave us some brief safety instructions. He of course asked us if we would like some extra adventures like rowing back towards the rapids and dunking our heads under the falls, jumping into the river and body rafting over the rapids. I have no words to describe how lovely the entire experience was. From there we got back to the resort and started our canyoning adventure. Our guide was excellent, very patient and extremely encouraging. He ensured our safety and guided us on one of our most memorable days in Sri Lanka. Im extremely happy to have booked this activity on Rapid Adventures. I would also like to mention that we were given a room for the duration of our activity, where we could change and the non participating members of our group could relax at the resort. Booking was very easy on their website and I would love to do this activity again.
