DANGER THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY WITHOUT TRANSFERING OWNERSHIP WITH DVLA
Over a 2 months later we are still awaiting evidence of transfer of title. DVLA have put in writing that Carspring have not requested transfer of ownership. The company acts like it is fraudulent. V5 documents were not provided at the point of sale. Uses 14 day excuse for not providing. Refuses to provide any evidence of sending to DVLA when requested - for example an email confirming submission and copy of submission. Over a month and a half later and still no registration documents.
Car was not cleaned. Matts missing.
Service book was missing. Then when eventually provided it was stamped "warranty void" even when this was not communicated at all. Service book without warranty void still not provided 1 1/2 months later.
We activated the AA membership exactly as described by Carspring. AA membership said that their agreement with Carspring was that this was backdated to original owner and not our purchase date. I explained that this was not the terms published by Carspring. This is a classic example where Carspring don't work with their supply chain to ensure that the terms advertised are agreed with.
Refuses to provide any compensation for excessive time spent chasing due to Carspring errors. It is only fair and reasonable that when they make mistakes, they own up, addresses them and pay appropriate compensation for their failures.
In summary we have had a terrible customer service experience in using Carspring. Given the amount of time, we would suggest you just pay extra and go to a local garage.
They don't respond, or when they do they don't answer the questions. They just keep quoting unrelated issues, as if all the problems with the customer service are the fault of their customers.
Starting to take legal action notify trading standards as the company looks to be fraudulent based on actions to date.

Since taking delivery of the car, there has been some problems:
1, car arrived un-valeted, so I had to get it done and charged Carspring, which they paid
2, only got the change of ownership document, I had to repeatedly request other docs, such as MOT, service record and handbook. All I have received so far is a copy of the last service invoice and a copy of the MOT. I have still not got the handbook, or the service records. They have told me that they cannot supply them. So, I have no idea of the history of this car or how to set anything up on it. I do not even have the radio code !. When I first queried the missing docs I was told that they would only be supplied if I kept the car after the initial two week.......I would not have kept the car if I knew I would have no documentation at all.
