I ordered loads of easiyo via the website and was shocked less than 2 hours later knock on my door and there was my full order, unprecedented never have I received such service from any company shocked and overwhelmed at same time well done Lawsons will be ordering again for sure soon.

The service at Lawsons and the turnaround of their orders is excellent - and you can telephone them with a good hope of speaking to a human being. My only negative point is about their new website, where the Shopping Basket arrangements still contain many errors - my basket kept emptying, and I found that Checkout worked so badly that I nearly gave up trying. But I shall use them again - they are a good firm that cares about their customers, and there's not too many of those around these days. They can have the final star when they get the website right..

I ordered online, but received a real life telephone call from a very friendly lady to advise me that the name of one of the products had changed, but that was all, the product remained the same.

I received the parcel the very next day, which I think is excellent.
