We have recently had Wood flooring installed by our local flooring store.
We went on V4 web site for information and ordered a sample of their walnut engineered flooring, very helpful and sample arrived Within a few days.
It is now fitted and we are well happy, looks stunning.
Will definitely recommend to all.

I have had numerous fantastic experiences dealing with V4 when refurbishing several different projects . The showroom is absolutely fantastic and the staff are friendly , professional and knowledgeable . I would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody .

I’ve used v4 over the past ten years on multiple projects and I must say they have been absolutely fantastic from the first call on the phone down to the delivery driver bring the flooring into our properties. "No customer service skills"

Appreciate we all work from home and have various challenges to deal with, however we should all endeavour to do our jobs to the best of our ability. My customer service experience with V4 was absolutely terrible. Buying flooring online is tricky business, so a consultative and most importantly patient approach can go a long way. To be made to feel as if my call was bothering her has taken V4 off my list of possible flooring providers. Today was my second call to V4 and my second experience was exactly the same as the first one, so customer service is clearly not important for the company.

"V4 poor Quality Product"

Following the reviews on Trustpilot we opted to have V4 flooring installed in our hallways. All I can say is what a mistake, unlike their lovely samples they send out, the actual boards they sent are full of knots, and with large rough patches that draw your eye to.
Evidently V4 think this is normal, acceptable and to be expected. I totally disagree as I have purchased similar boards from another company and had none of these problems.
End of the day V4 provide a poor quality product for a high price. Suggest people look elsewhere for a better quality product to avoid an expensive disappointment

Wow!! An amazing company to deal with. Made choosing my dream floor a breeze. Their website is informative and easy to use. Called the sales team and got great advice. Our new herringbone floor (as featured on channel 4) is exactly what I wanted. Couldn’t recommend them anymore!!!!
