"Very disappointing"

Very disappointing. After 1 year the mattress feels like our Tempur did after 15 years of use. Sadly the company are blaming our £2k bed base and also asked our weight on the call. We're not overweight but I thought this was very concerning. In my opinion, this mattress is not what the website and its reviews claim to be.

Communication was excellent. The mattress was in stock earlier than expected and I was given the opportunity to change my delivery date to an earlier one.
On arrival, there was very little odour from the mattress and what odour there was disappeared within two days.
We've tried a couple of the other well known mattress-in-a-box products and, although I have been fairly comfortable (100Kg) my wife had a pain in here hip from the first night with those (63Kg).
We were replacing a 15 year old Staples mattress said to be a 'Tempur equivalent' so I was please to see that the Ergoflex had a good, thick layer of high density memory foam.
I was right. We both had some very sound sleeps from the very first night and over Christmas, found it very difficult to get out of bed in the morning. No hip pain for her and no back pain for me when sleeping on my front ocassionally.
I'd dreaded going to bed for some years due to the sagging in the old mattress and waking up feeling like I'd been in a fight, but I now look forward to it. Nuff said.

"2nd Ergoflex mattress"

We have just purchased our second Ergoflex mattress having had the first one for 10 years. The service was fantastic, ordered on Sunday was delivered by 09.30 on Tuesday. We've only had 2 nights on it but feels better than the first one.

This is my second mattress. Bought this one for Mt teenage son. He is loving it. From the easy order to deliver, the service was great. It took 5 weeks for delivery but that seems to be the normal at the moment.
We just love the quality. These are the best night sleep we ever had. Brilliant.
