It was an easy process and delivery was good. The mattress is out of this world comfortable. I was concerned it wouldn't be good. I am so glad I was worried for nothing. I had a simba mattress and it was causing me so much pain (I have fibromyalgia) the ergoflex feels like it hugs my body and I get a great sleep. Highly recommend!
