"Replacement for our spare room"

Replacement for our spare room, we’ve had an Ergoflex for seven years now and it’s still going strong, so this was an obvious choice. Two of our kids have the Emma one mattress which is a little cheaper and which they love, but personally I find a little too firm in comparison… I’ll stick with my Ergoflex ☺️

Customer service excellent, prompt, efficient and personal; easy to contact a 'real' person, which is very rare these days. Kept us up to date with delivery dates and times. Product excellent, just what we wanted - we needed Euro-king size and that is not easy to find in the mattress type we wanted. No confusion with lots of different mattress types. Cannot fault this product or the customer service, very happy customers.

Mattress arrived on time and was installed within the hour. It expands at a slow rate to full size. After a couple of nights proper sleep I can honestly say it has made a huge difference.I do not wake up tossing and turning trying to get comfortable anymore and feel more able to face the next day!

"10 year warranty just a gimmick"

The mattresses are fine but don't buy for the warranty. The 10 year warranty is just a marketing gimmick. You have no chance of claiming it. I have bought 11 of these over the years, and I like them, but one split after 9 years and they refused to honour the warranty (not a fault of the mattress apparently). I wouldn't say that's the best way to reward loyalty.

"Fantastically comfortable mattress"

Fantastically comfortable mattress. This is our second Ergoflex mattress. It has a much greater depth of memory foam than its well known competitor that is more than double the price. Highly recommended.
