This mattress isour 2nd king size ergoflex and it is as comfortable as our previous one. The new mattress has added hand grabs on the sides to make turning the mattress easier.

A special thank you to the utterly WONDERFUL customer services at Ergoflex, who went seriously above and beyond to assist me when there were issues with the credit company, and to make sure I got my mattress on my preferred day. They are hyper-responsive, polite to a fault, patient and determined to help. Just brilliant.

Our first experience of an Ergoflex mattress was on holiday in Australia. We were so impressed with the comfort of the mattress we looked to see what make it was. So happy to find Ergoflex sold in the UK and on our return promptly ordered one.
Delivery was very quick and we left the mattress for 48hrs before sleeping on it. No smell at all from the mattress, and I'm very fussy about smells!
I am also a hot sleeper who suffers with hip and knee pain in bed, no such problems with this mattress.
This is the best mattress we have purchased, it supports the whole body and gives a great nights sleep. It is also very reasonably priced compared to more well known brands.
I've been recommending this mattress to friends and family.

I love this mattress. Taken me years to find a replacement for my last one, and have wasted a lot of money. This erodes is a proper memory foam mattress and is life changing! Love it!

Our super-king mattress is great - really comfortable for us both. Just disappointed with the matching (fitted) mattress protector; It is a very loose fit, leaving it rucked and uncomfortable beneath the bottom sheet, and the protector material doesn't extend down the sides of the mattress, so it only does half the job!

I don't usually do online reviews, but after how upset i have been feeling and the impact of this order on my health, i wanted to write a public review to protect consumers, especially who have disabilities. I ordered my mattress over a month ago following my surgery and life changing injuries. I called Ergo Flex to kindly request of the order could be expedited and explained the reasons i ordered the mattress which would help with my recovery, and also support my disabiliites. This was refused in an instant as the lady started giving me a lecture on how the order had to be sent in order due to other customers waiting. No empathy or respect was shown for my situation and how desperately I needed the mattress. I waited until the delivery date - 3 jan 2025 and on the day was called by the same lady Rebecca to tell me the delivery was delayed. She had the same cold tone and no compensation or support was offered. After a long standing relationship with Ergoflex i will no longer be ordering from this company again. Their warranty on the previous mattress was breached as the mattress bowed in causing back and neck pain. The information requested was outrageous, i was asked to placed the mattress on the floor with wooden batons over it to show it had bowed, How does someone with disabilities do this with a heavy double mattress. I gave up and just ordered a new mattress. My current order is for a bed at another property where i am being cared for. Just outrageous and i will not buy again from this heartless company,
