"The mattress is fine."
The mattress is fine.
The delivery less so. I had to pay £165 extra to get. the mattress brought into my flat and carried upstairs. The men (doing a 'white glove' service!) were specifically told NOT to unpack the mattress. Fortunately I persuaded the to do this. This additional sum is a complete rip off.
Shout out to Kay (I think) who, every time I complained, came back calmly and courteously.

"The mattress is heavy"
The mattress is heavy, but well worth the workout to get it on the bed frame.
I have found this mattress very comfortable, and my sleep has improved.
ALSO, the mattress has had the seal of approval from my fur-babies, especially from my 9 year old staffy, who now doesn't want to get up, and goes up to bed during the day . It's a win in our house !

"Second mattress from this company"
Second mattress from this company. I loved the first one so much I needed to get another one when I moved into a new place and my old bed was too large for the bedroom. Also treated myself to a pillow since I knew I'd love the mattress. Its such a comfortable bed.

"We have 4 Ergoflex matresses"
We have 4 Ergoflex matresses, three in our house and one in a holiday let. We bought our first one in 2011 and that one is now in our spare bedroom and still as comfy as ever, we wouldn't buy any other mattress now, as we have found out to our detriment by buying some other makes for the holiday let and our sons bedrooms. Since replacing the mattress in our holiday let for an Ergoflex one, we get so many compliments on how well the guests have slept. I suffer with Fibromyalgia and whenever we go away and have to sleep on another mattress I suffer as I can't get comfy, the Ergoflex mattress is the only one I get some sleep with. Whenever we need an other mattress, Ergoflex will definitely be the one to get without hesitation.

"Does not last- mind your back."
When I first purchased the ergoflex 5g, it was super comfortable. I told family and friends that it was great. A few of them now have an ergoflex. After around 2 years, I started to notice the mattress was much less supportive in the main area of weigh distribution where I sometimes sit up slightly in bed to read ( who doesn’t do that?!) My lower back has had increasing pain since and I now have to replace the mattress after only a few years as my back pain is interfering with my work. The ten year guarantee involved having to fill in a form that was emailed to me - and likely ended up in my junk mail, (as of course I would have filled it in had I read the email - that was one of the main reasons for buying in the first place - the peace of mind that it would last) is only valid if you fill that form and send it soon after purchase- proof of purchase is not adequate. It has been adequate in other items I’ve owned in the past. I’ve had correspondence but it was not helpful. If they had offered me a mattress at cost price or highly reduced I would’ve been happy to pay for it to get a couple of years use as an acceptable compromise, but all I got was advice on how to use the mattress. Disappointing. And sore.
