Great mattress delivered on time really comfortable

Before I moved to a Bungalow I had a single bed with Ergoflex mattress which is the best mattress I have brought. Well I went and brought a brand new expensive double bed but I did not want their mattress because I wanted Ergoflex mattress well after kissing Ruth one if the members of staff at Ergoflex and also to check the mattress fitted in the new bed the member if staff kindly liaised with the Sales person who sold me the bed to which went back and forward to confirm the correct sizing which was euro size I ordered the mattress which it matched up to m expectations of being a brilliant mattress to the point did not want to get out of bed because of being so comfortable.

When ordering and receiving the mattress this has to be laid out flat and left fir a few hours to expand then you have ti give 2/3 days to get used to the mattress especially never tried a memory down mattress. You will definitely nit be disappointed.

I did order waterproof mattress diver but have to say this was extremely expensive

So I say go for it Oder a mattress you will not be sorry

Following an unsuccessful transition from firm foam to a sprung mattress we are very happy with the replacement from. Ergoflex. It arrived quickly, saved over a hundred pounds, and we were sleeping comfortably on it from the first night. New mattresses can be a bit smelly, and I was waking with headaches everyday before we swapped. The Ergoflex smelled much less, and not for long. We are both very happy with it. You barely feel movement from your partner. Absolutely recommended if you like a firm support. It's been great for our backs. Well done!

When I placed the order I was able to pick a delivery date.I had to wait a couple of weeks for the mattress but it was worth the wait.
It was delivered on the day by the advised time as I have health problems the delivery driver brought it inside for me.
I love the mattress the best I have ever had.

"5g not as good as 3g..."

My current mattress is the 2nd ErgoFlex mattress I've owned.

The 1st was a 3g mattress, and I had it for just over 8 years. It was excellent and we only replaced it because after having 2 very small kids regularly sleeping on it with us, it was mullered.

Sadly, from my personal experience, this new 5g mattress they now sell that I have is far inferior to the original 3g one.

The 5g mattress has lost its elasticity/memory in a little over a year and is now just like sleeping on a lump of cheap foam.

"What about the 10 year warranty?" I hear you cry... well... I tried that.

I sent about a dozen pictures as requested, and yep, you guessed it... they found any reason they could not to honour the warranty.

Apparently, the gap between the slats on my bed base, the same bed base that housed my 3g ErgoFlex mattress for 8 years, are 0.25 inches too wide at 2.75 inches rather than the 2.5 inches they recommend.

I'm sure in many different situations that 0.25 of an inch can make a big difference, but does it really cause a memory foam mattress to lose its elasticity/memory? I think not.

Also... apparently, the room the mattress is in (yep the same room the 3g mattress was in for 8 years) is poorly ventilated, which is causing the mattress to lose its elasticity/memory. Righto...!!

Big claims made re the 10 year warranty, but in reality, it's not worth the paper it's written on.

In conclusion... I won't be buying a 3rd ErgoFlex mattress, and this big lump of cheap, uncomfortable foam will go in the spare room for my occasional house guests to suffer.
