First time user of Motorwise. Was quoted a reasonable price for my car so proceeded and was contacted almost immediately by the recommended scrap company and arranged collection. Had a couple of questions for Motorwise on procedures and they were very helpful and courteous. Car was picked up on the day agreed and driver was very friendly and polite and money was in the bank by the end of the day. Initially had some apprehensions about using this service but these turned out to be completely unfounded. Highly recommended!.

However, with assistance from my daughter, I found they were very helpful, especially when I explained I had difficulty with being mobile due to a broken ankle. They ensured the driver had direct instructions on how to find me to collect the keys. Monies were paid very promptly into my account.
