I have used Motorwise many times for myself and on the behalf of friends and on every occasion the service has been straight forward the people collecting have been friendly, quick and arrived when they said they would. I would definitely recommend using this than paying these people that say they will take your car away for you for free. This way you get a fair price even on newer cars.

The best price, very busy so took 2 weeks to pickup the car for scrap. I accepted the offer and was told I would be contacted within 4 business hours. I ended up calling them 3 days later, and the gent on the phone just acted like I was a nuisance brushing me off with a very patronising, " we are dealing with it ok!" Grunted and hung up. When I did eventually get a call back. The lady on the phone was lovely, and explained everything in detail with clear insulation. The pick up was on time, and professional. Would use again, but would hang up if the gent answered hahaha.

Mike was extremely professional yet friendly. His people skills were excellent, so much so I was confident from his manner that he knew what he was doing and I felt at ease.
It was a joy to deal with someone like Mike, wherein I could tell customer service mattered to him a great deal and he didn't disappoint me in any way. If anything the experience I had with Mike made me believe that some actually believe that customer service MATTERS to employees like Mike and he is a God send to your organisation. If more organisations had people like Mike working for them, people/customers would retain they're faith that organisations thrive and actually believe in giving good service to their customers AND it is important that customers feel valued by such businesses AND have repeat business at their heart whenever possible.
