Ordered some sunglasses at a great price. They came within 10 days as I hoped for. However for some reason they did not fit right so I sent them back. Designer Glasses Boutique refunded me immediately after receiving them, no quibbling at all. That’s the sign of a great company and one I will recommend and use again.

The quality of the glasses and the customer service is top class. Prices are much more affordable compared to glasses shops that offer the same brands!

There was an issue with the original glasses I had ordered due to the supplier of the frame, but the customer support was fantastic at keeping me regularly updated and ensured my glasses arrived much sooner than I expected.

I've ordered from a number of online glasses sellers. Some good, some not so good. Pleased to report that these guys are the former!

I was conscious that their name could just be a spoof company but felt reassured by the number of positive reviews.

I also sent them an email before ordering to make sure they had the item in stock. A bug bear of mine is when online providers don't and there's inevitable delay of 3-4 weeks whilst they source them. Thankfully, i heard back from Lucy at the company who was very quick to communicate back and helpful at all times throughout the process. It's these sort of interactions that mean i will become a repeat customer of there's. Kudos.
