"Finally, Real Hair Removal That Works!"

I had tried IPL hair removal at other places before, but even after a few years, the results just didn’t last — the hair kept coming back. I decided to try laser hair removal at ONLY Aesthetic, and I’m honestly so impressed. After just a few sessions, I already started seeing results. In less than 10 sessions, my hair was completely gone, and my skin is now baby smooth!

Tina is very nice and professional. She always makes sure I’m comfortable throughout the process, and explains everything clearly. The whole experience feels efficient and comfortable, and I genuinely look forward to my appointments. Highly recommend ONLY Aesthetic if you’re looking for real, lasting results!

"Totally zero ethics!"

Totally zero ethics for Vivian the outlet manger to suggest to a walk-in customer when he merely asked for my next appointment, yet was told he can buy a package as a apology to me.

Vivian can simply say no. Then end of conversation. Who are you to decide and meddle in my affairs and even suggest ideas all because of your money minded business strategy. I called on the day of the friend’s purchase and demanded a refund as I know my consumer rights in CASE. Had a call log record of 8 minutes conversation with Vivian herself to request nicely to cancel the package. She said no, but I jolly well know the transaction can be voided. They just lost a long term customer, me, for about 4-5yrs of being with them. Zero ethics and the facials are unlike last time with basic extraction. Now I even have to make special request for therapists to add this in when it is the basic bare minimum of facials. Zero star if there is this option for review!

"Cheating and scam job "

I would give 0 rating as 1 is too big.
They cheat people with words and lies.
I told to the assistant that I am not looking for hair colouring. I had read about their technology which work on the scalp to reduce grey hair and slow it.
What they did was colouring my hair with very dark black.
I have to cut my hairs as it was extremely looking coloured.
So if I want to colour my hair I can easily do it in the saloons same as too many people.
I paid 1000$ and wasted 3 hours for their scam job and cheating job.
Please do not waste your time and money in this company.

"No respect to people's time and confidentiality"

What a waste of my time! Booked an appointment in advance.

Problem 1:
Got 2 different person contacting me, and they both never coordinate with each other.
Eventually my fixed appointment was changed to another date.
Ok fine.

Problem 2:
Their message in whatsapp include:
“We seek your kind understanding to arrive on time for your appointment as our bookings run back-to-back.”
“In the event that you are more than 10mins late, we regret to inform you that the appointment will be rescheduled.”
Ok fine, fair enough.
I went there on time: 1030am.
Up to 1045 never call me. I asked the recep, she said the doctor or whoever supposed to see me, not here yet!
What the heck, then you give me 1030 appointment for what?
You tell ppl don’t be late, but you guys cannot respect other people time!
After me making noise, some normal staff pretend to do consultation and ask me to sit somewhere and describe.
What the heck. You gave me appointment to meet with the proper specialist or just some staff, so that she can relay the message over?

This is so disappointing and irresponsible.
No respect for other people’s time or confidentiality, despite telling people to come on time, can’t even follow their own advice!

Further, when I decide to walk away, the staff didn’t even bother to convince me, she just walked off as if I’m good riddance.

For anyone making appointment with them, take note of all these nonsense.

"Long time customer "

I have been a customer since around 2013 and I must say I did meet some really hard sellers which made me feel so pressured when coming for treatment. Eventually I stick to Irene at Raffles place branch because I feel more comfortable with her doing my treatments. Sometimes will shift around branches but I think it doesn't matter.

Recently I wrongly went to the branch at Wheelock instead of Raffles place and was served by Fiona Yee. I must commend for her professionalism and attentiveness with doing my underarms and legs, making me feel very comfortable throughout the treatment. I hope the management reward those who are really sincere and working hard to serve the customers well.

"Manipulative Consultant & Dishonest Company"

Please don't believe their Facebook or Instagram reviews! I thought that true and visited their salon in the Orchard branch and the untruthful consultant spoke in Mandarin shown me all the review and told me their treatments are effective. I've mistrusted and signed up for the package and she keeps assuring me that surely have result and insisted sign 36 months instalment, it translate to more than $4,000. After 2 months later, I sounded to her still can't see any improvement and would like to seek for a refund. She has became furious and told me once the package was signed then there won't be any refund. I was blocked eventhough I wish to escalate it to the management.

A manipulative consultant can severely damage the reputation and trust of the business. They have prioritized their personal or business gain over the well-being of clients, pushing unnecessary treatments or products! More importantly, they don't acknowledge their treatment has no result and won't offer any refund!
