Meine Erfahrungen mit BQ Warehouse kann ich als durchweg positiv bezeichnen. Aus meiner Sicht stimmt hier einfach alles. Toller Service, sehr netter Kontakt und eine einwandfreie Beratung. Die negativen Bewertungen schreckten mich zwar zuerst ab, ich musste aber festellen, dass diese Bewertungen ganz offensichtlich nicht diesen Shop betreffen, da die genannten Artikel dort überhaupt nicht vertrieben werden. Von mir gibt es eine klare Empfehlung! Weiter so!!

Ich habe was bei BQ Warehouse bestellt und es war sehr schnell da.Dann habe ich von meinem Wiederrufsrecht gebrauch gemacht.Schickte die Ware zurück und das Geld war gleich wieder auf meinem Konto.Ich bin sehr zufrieden - besser geht es nicht.

Tried to order a couple of items for click and collect but was informed by the web-site that I could only pick the items up after 1.00pm the following day. This is not acceptable method of customer service. A friend was going to the store later the same day and bought the 2 items for me but he had problems because the store maintained that the price they had quoted on the web-site was a , lot lower than the price in store, luckily I had kept a note of the details off the original enquiry and the store accepted this as the correct price to pay. .All in all not a very good experience and certainly not what one would expect from a national store.

Habe leider aufgrund eines leicht beschädigten Messers (Kratzer) reklamieren müssen. Alles ist ohne Probleme abgelaufen und es wurde stets zum Wohle des Kunden gehandelt ! Insgesamt bin ich sehr zufrieden mit diesem Online-Shop, über den ich vorher nichts wusste. Falls es Probleme gibt kann man sich immer an den überaus freundlichen Herren am anderen Ende der Telefonleitung wenden.
