It was a good experience ordering fresh flowers from bloomsvilla in whitefield bangalore. I received the flowers on time and in good condition. I will recommend bloomsvilla.

Worst option to go for. They don't deliver flower. Just you waste your money. No response on mail after sending repeated mails. If you want to throw your money then there are better place than this.

Extremely bad service by Bloomsvilla. its been 24 hours since I placed my order, still it's not delivered. Never trust them, they just spoil your plan. They have this worst customer service team, who don't care the customer importance. Their customer care number from the website is always switched off.
@BloomsVilla, You better close this business if you are not customer oriented. Teach your staff to at least respond to the customer emails or messages once in a day. If you are unable to deliver the order, inform so that we can make other arrangements. Don't just spoil the customer plans.

I had ordered for cake and flowers. Both the cake and flowers were well decorated and fresh.

The most admiring thing was the way of delivery. It was 10 min before time. Loved the voluntary card prepared by blooms villa and provided along with the order.
