If I had a chance to give rating in negetive I would. They are fraud people. Snatch money from pocket of people and don't deliver the orders

Absolutely terrible experience with Bloomsviall. My order never arrived, and despite multiple follow-ups, I was given false information about the delivery status. They promised a refund but never processed it. Customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful. This company is utterly unreliable and cheats people – avoid it at all costs!

No option for zero stars, ordered a floral arrangement. It was not delivered and just changed status to delivered when lodged complaint no refund or no delivery

Bloomsvilla does not deserve even the 1 star!! It is a total scam, especially without any customer contact number provided.
I ordered a bouquet for my parents on their anniversary, which was delivered 3 days later. Firstly there was no response to my mails when the bouquet was not delivered and when I insisted on a refund they gave additional charges to which I had agreed just so that they don't get away with it.
When later they delivered it after 3 days, the flowers were drooping and not fresh(my parents sent me a pic), which I shared the pic with their support team and now they are justifying to the fact that they have delivered the order.
Very unprofessional and a total waste of money.

I placed an order for flowers and chocolates on February 13, 2025, expecting it to be delivered on Valentine’s Day. However, on February 14 night, I received a message stating that my order was delivered—but in reality, it never arrived! Despite making an online payment, I have not received my order, and there has been no proper response from customer service.

After checking reviews, I noticed that many others have faced the same issue. This seems to be a pattern of fraudulent behavior, and I urge all affected customers to take action against this company. If you have also been scammed, let’s come together and report them to the relevant consumer protection authorities in Bangalore.

This company cannot be trusted. Avoid ordering from them unless you want to lose your money!
