I ordered flowers for my girlfriend's birthday and specifically chose the Standard Delivery time of 12 pm - 3 pm. They never showed up. No updates, no communication. The day was completely spoiled, and the surprise was ruined. Extremely disappointed and will never use this service again. Avoid if you have something important planned!

The site took my order after confirming the PIN code. Later send a message they dont deliver to that location and then stopped responding completely. No news of refund. Forget the fact they never cared to try and contact or try and deliver.

Its a shady online portal with no real business. They committed to ship rakhi by the date and nothing happened at all. After the enquiry they "offered" to cancel my order and asked for 10% cancellation fee. Please do NOT buy anything from this website. Throw your money away. It might find some better use.

Ordered Rakhi for the delivery on the 19th and even selected a time slot
Today is 22nd and nothing has been delivered they are using AI for customer service I am receiving the same response.
I have requested to cancel the order and still same response that it has been shipped by their partner company.
Long story short they are fraud avoid at all costs, it was my first order with them and I will now make sure their site closes down

"Simply awful"

Ordered flowers for my wife on our anniversary to be delivered between 8 a.m. and 12 noon. It was delivered at 5 p.m., shoddily put together and sent in a plastic bag. Several flowers fell out while I removed the arrangement from the plastic bag. The arrangement was badly cobbled together with wires, tape and sticks and kept toppling over each time it was placed upright.

The phone number listed on their site does not work and there is no way to contact them except via email. The feedback form on their site is a joke and simply hangs when one submits a comment.
