I ordered flowers and chocolate, but never got the delivery. Sent mutiple complaints via email but no response. When contacted via phone, the guy asked me abt my GPay account balance and asked me to download remote desk app. Fraud company scamming people, please share and report as much as possible so the authorities will shut them down for good

#Bloomsvilla | India's leading bunch of cheats (and not a leading online gift store as they have stated as their brand tagline).
They are a set of irresponsive and unresponsive people, who make false commitments and lure customers with commitments that they do not meet.
After showing on their website that my order for flowers (No. BV24224244) would be delivered between 6pm to 9pm on February 14, 2025, there has been no delivery.
I have paid INR 5,879 for this order and also raised a complaint at their site to which there has been no response.
The very purpose for which I had placed this order on the basis of the timelines stated on their website was not met, as now it is too late to deliver the flowers.
They have not responded to my emails and the number provided for their customer care is not functional.

Do not order from Blossoms or Bloomex..all part of the same disgusting companies that steal your money and pretend to be local florists but in fact operate from foreign call centers. They source a local florist to process their orders, take a big cut, charge you american dollars even if you live in Canada and ignore your concerns. They lie!

I placed an order with Bloomsvilla expecting timely delivery, but it was never delivered. Despite multiple follow-up emails, I received zero response from their team. Their customer service number is non-functional, making it impossible to reach them.

This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. If you value your time and money, avoid ordering from Bloomsvilla—they take your payment but don’t deliver or respond. I am now forced to escalate this issue through consumer forums and request a chargeback from my bank.

Stay away from this scam-like service!

Can't give anything lesser than one star, but one is also too much.
Order was not delivered on the specified day. The next day they said delivery fee of Rs. 500 more to be paid. Obviously I asked for a cancellation and refund because the occasion had passed. They wanna charge Rs. 200 cancellation fee. What??!!!
