Placed an order, never delivered. Asked for refund. Did not reply. Very bad service! Do not recommend at any cost. Very unresponsive even on socials. Stay away from this company.

I had placed an order for flowers . On the day of delivery they said they couldn’t. .they offered cake as a substitution. When I didn’t want the cake they wanted me to pay 200 as cancellation charges .

Total scam. I ordered flowers for two separate friends birthdays.

For each I paid over 1200 rupees inc delivery.

Neither were delivered. Just excuses, endless emails demanding replies which weren't then responded to.

An essentially fraudulent enterprise.

I saw all the negative review after placing the order and was honestly scared that I would lose money but they delivered and was everything I ordered and also delivered in the window of time that I was expecting it to be delivered in. The tracking code sucks though but they responded via email. Thank you so much

"It's a scam"

It's a scam. Don't order anything from them. I ordered 2 items total 6700inr for a funeral. They first said it will be delivered between 7 to 9 am. They sent another message after 1 day that it can't be delivered and the reason was out of service area which they already said in the beginning they can deliver to that address. I provided a different address but they stop communicating. 2 days later I still haven't received any communication from them. No flowers delivered and money lost.

Very bad experience.. no on time delivery. And very unresponsive! And the most frustrating thing, the delivery person ruined the surprise by calling my friend and telling her that he is bringing you flowers! This is so freakin unprofessional!

bloomsvilla.com is a complete scam! My order was never fulfilled, and despite multiple attempts to contact them, there has been no response from their customer service. To make matters worse, I haven't received a refund. Do not purchase any products or services from Bloomsvilla – they are totally unreliable and dishonest. SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!
