Fake fake fake !! Order taken and never delivered .. status updated by them stating delivered.. wtf !!!

I booked flowers and cake and paid Rs 1259 for delivery on 16dec24, which according to their website would be done by 12 noon. Until 5 pm no seliywas done so I reached out to them. At 8 pm a cake (in Ferns and Petals) box was delivered with HALF Message on the cake. Flowers not delivered at all. I'm following up for refund but they ibsist that delivery has been done. I've asked for evidence of delivery by no response. I have pics of the poor quality cake delivered. Their bangalore phone number (on the website) is permanently "busy". Imagine the number of people complaining! My order number is RBV24219292

As all reviews suggest and show these people are bunch of Ass Holes and Scammers!! No sign of order delivery and no response to mails and the no. Provided is just non existent

Ordered cake and flowers for a birthday. They received the order and did not deliver. Also like how it has happend to many in the reviews below they will demand more money for delivery don't fall for it !!!

"Bad business practices "

First of all, I didn’t cancel the order. They didn’t have the flowers that I wanted.
Secondly, the substitute that they offered, I didn’t like them so hence the order HAD to be cancelled. I am not the one who has requested for this cancellation. It has happened because they don’t have the right product.

And just so you know this is the second time it is happening with me from BloomsVilla. The last time they didn’t have the yellow lilies and you had replaced it with pink lilies, and I was okay with that, and this is the second time this has happened.

Despite all this, they are throwing the same “terms and conditions” repeatedly at the customer “of a certain will be a cancellation charge and I have to send a cancellation email.” This is highly unprofessional and displays very bad business practices.
Nobody has the time for this. I requested them to cancel it and refund the ENTIRE amount that I have paid to my source account but they again sent the same email of the cancellation charge, and now I have finally told them to keep the cancellation charge of ₹200 and refund the amount now. Let’s see how long they take to do that. I wish I had read these reviews earlier before buying the flowers from them, I think in the age of customer acquisition, these guys are doing a messed up job. This is not a business. This is fraud.

3 orders placed yday for today, for Hyderabad delivery and none of them have been delivered yet! Tracking says "unfulfilled". Complaints raised but no way of knowing whats happening. The day is almost done and no sign of the orders placed for the Birthday and Anniversaries in the family. Seems to be a SCAMSTERS company now so stay away!! BUT want the orders delivered or money refunded.

"This is a cheaters company"

This is a cheaters company. I ordered flowers and cake for wedding anniversary. Delivery for next day. Order received. Next day delivery agent called to the delivery address and agreed to deliver. Later company send message order cancelled for outskirt delivery. Next day they asking for additional delivery charges. I agreed for that if they deliver immediate next day. They are not bothered to read the mail. I ordered on 19 nov, anniversary on 20 and replying for additional delivery link on 25 nov.
2 days later they send link to pay delivery charges where the function is already over.
I read all the reviews and even a single review is not available praising their work. They are day time robbers.
