I have ordered Rakhi for my brother who stays in US. I made same day delivery. Till today it is not delivered. I payed Rs 3000. Their phone number is not responsive. They looted my money. It’s a FAKE.

Please help how to get back my money.

These people are literally thieves, they loot people and ruin their celebration and surprises.i ordered midnight surprise for my husband birthday and they delivered it next day in the evening, also they didnt send one of the gifts.. but paise sare kha gye ye CHOR...

"VERY BAD EXPERIENCE "

I ordered a exotic fruit basket costing 2000 Rs per basket. Received a basket with 2 oranges, 2 apples and 2 custard apples. Their customer service executive gave the explanation - that these were the only seasonal fruits available. I could have assembled a far better fruit basket for a far cheaper cost myself from a local fruit shop. It's a blatant cheating with a very difficult access to reach their customer service. Absolutely don't recommend them for anyone.
