"Fraud company"

They are such a fraud. Please don’t trust them with your orders. It’s a scam. They never deliver anything. I lost 1449 rupees on cake and flowers that I had ordered for my mom. Their contact number never works and neither does the online chat

I just wish I had read the reviews here before I placed the orders today. The experience has been absolutely terrible. For one order, I requested a fixed time delivery by paying extra for it. It was two hours outside the given window.

I wrote to the "customer service" which helped raise my blood pressure to new levels. I can't tell if they were being deliberately obtuse or are just demented. I pointed out that the order didn't get delivered within the window for which I paid. Their reply was (and I quote):
"Hi. Greetings for the day,
Thank you for your email; your order is already been delivered,
Happy to serve you again."
The said order had indeed been delivered and it was a very sorry excuse for the flowers that had been displayed on their website.
Many attempts to call their helpline were futile as well. The phone number is unreachable.

As it turned out, the late delivery of this order was the least of my problems. The other order I had placed was for just under a thousand rupees. That one simply didn't get delivered. Of course, you can't reach them to complain about anything.

If you do read the reviews and still choose to order from them, all I can say is: Good luck!

Fraudsters only as they have no business ethics , absolutely no delivery and absurd response. Filed a case against them in consumer forum.
